Michael Sheedy came to Australia from Ennistymon,Co Clare,
with his wife and children, and also accompanied by his
brother John Sheedy m Bridget Hassett  [+]
If he is indeed John's brother, then he may have been a good
deal younger than  him.

Michael is believed by a grandson,to have been a teacher in 
Ireland,and after his arrival in Australia with his wife
and four children, he took on work on the railways at
Cooma, but was killed shortly after.
