The following families are still under research and
all information should be authenticated from official
sources.

At this stage of our research, we have three couples
named Thomas and Johanna Sheedys in NSW pre 1900, care 
needs to be taken in distinguising families and certificates 
should be purchased to confirm parents,especially marriage certs.

Thomas Sheedy [m Johanna Carroll] stated he was born c1814-18 at
Glenroe,Spittle, Kilmallock Co Limerick, and he was the son of
James Sheedy and Catherine Flynn. Thomas had a brother Patrick
who also camed to New South Wales sometime prior to 1860 at least.
Thomas eventually settled at 
Lithgow where his brother? Patrick Sheedy had taken up land
in 1860.Patrick possibly died ? at Parramatta  in 1894.[cert needs
to be obtained to be certain it is the same Patrick.]
